FINDING INSPIRATION IN HISTORIC WOMEN

I worked as a Teaching Artist Assistant with the Mural Arts Program’s Restorative Justice Program to design and paint this mural inside Riverside Correctional Facility in Philadelphia with female minors who were facing adult sentencing. The young women were able to choose the quotes, the historic women to highlight, and help design the layout. Lead Artist: Angela Crafton.
